Questions about classes for HBS

Ok, so due to the nature of my clan, I wish to change my classes up a bit, and was wondering what freedom I would have in doing so. What I want to do is only have three classes. Two tier two classes, and one tier three. I'd like the tier two classes to be infantry and archers, and the tier three to be cavalry/infantry. My question is, is there a limit to how many people can play as a tier three unit? Or will there be some type of requirements to play those classes?

Fixed. Also the number of classes is represented on the map. If you attack with 15 people, this will be seperated as 5 tier-1 militia, 5 tier-2 archers and 5 tier-2 infantry for example. If you got 20 tier-3 soldiers on the map, than 20 people may choose that class.
