Did anybody think of the match settings?

My proposals, as always consider is the draft of a draft, so it's more than open to debate Smile

Starting gold: 3000.
Surviving on a longer term is very important, it's going to be a campaign game, and there are no "other rounds", if i understood correctly.
So, to better survive, you need better equipment, and to get better equipment you need more gold. 3000 should be enough to allow the purchase of good stuff (decent armor, decent shield, decent helmet, decent weapons), without allowing Uberweaponry.

Friendly Fire: 100% melee, non reflective.
To "balance" the starting gold, and to force people to be more careful with their swings.

Combat speed: medium-fast
Faster combat speed, for the long term fighting should work fine.

I like faster in general, but considering that each battle can actually be quite important, I'd like Normal. Decisions have to be made, and fights performed very carefully.

Also, I like full friendly fire and please, for the love of god, no mirror damage.

I prefer 75% melee FF (not reflective). Also I can modify the Battle gamemode, I could disable MoTF for instance and such stuff.

I would rather see the equipment you wear depend on the equipment you own according to the campaign.

Probably not in the first alpha's and beta's, but later definitely yes.
